Answer:

a + b = 3, ab = - 2

other zeroes are (1/3a) and (1/3b)

sum = (1/3a) + (1/3b) = (1/3)(a+b)/(ab) =(1/3)(3)/(-2) = (- 1/2)

product = (1/3a)×(1/3b) = (1/9ab) = 1/(9×-2) = -1/18

So polynomial is

x^2 - sum×x + product=

x^2 -(-1/2)x + (1/18)=

18x^2 + 9x +1 Ans
