Answer:

 {h}^{2}  =  {p}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  \\  =  {4}^{2}  +  {3}^{2}  \\  = 16 + 9 \\  \\  = 25 \\ h =  \sqrt{25}  = 5

Hypotenous is 5 cm
