Although Amoebe and Bacteria are unicellular organisms they belong to two different kingdom. what is the reason for this?​

They belong to two different kingdoms because bacteria is prokaryotic cell which means it does not have a nuclear membrane and a well defined nucleus but amoeba has them all and is an euakryotic cell
