See averages are easy and uniform to calculate to see which is developed but it doesnt show many required non material things like health, education which is as much required as per capita income

Averages used to compare countries because they give average earning of the citizen in the country.
The only problem in averages is that they hide disparities.
For example, in the table above
Both countries have the Average of 50000 but Country A is more developed because it has equal sharing.
Thus by seeing averages it might hide such disparities in share of income
