Answer:

chromatin is an organised DNA but when cell divide it organised it's DNA and form chromosome have two stand called chromatid, and gene is a particular segment of DNA that is code for a particular character but the correct definition of gene is also doutful yet you can clearly understand this by class 12th NCERT biology chapter molecular basis of inheritance so prefer this and you don't of have the book then ask so I will send you pic.
