Electronic configuration of cobalt is +3 and it is a factor of oxalic acid.... (and the bonding angle is less in water is less then ammonia)

This is how i can provide u hints...for ur answer

THANK YOU!!!

because if we take ammonia, there is one  lone  pair on N .its electronegativity is less than oxygen.due to its electronegativity and small size there is repulsion btw lone pair and bond pair. but if we take example of water , ther is oxygen whose electronegativity is greater than nitrogen.it also have two lone pair on it.so in water lone pair -lone pair repulsion is greater than bond pair- bond pair repulsion. here size of oxygen is also less than nitrogen. so bond angle of water is less than ammonia
