↪▪The Story is a Beautiful depiction of the Selfless Love Shown by Two Boys towards their sister . Nicola and Jacoppo are the main protagonist , two young lads of 12 and 13 . At this young age , life deprived them of Not only their house but also Their Father . War destroyed their homes and threw them on the street . They had always known a Comfortable and Cultured life .

▪↪Yet under such Circumstances , they didn't give up . They didn't look for a shoulder to lean upon . Neither did they disclose their problems to anyone . What they believed was just Hard Work and Dedication . They worked tirelessly for the treatment of their Sister Lucia , inflicted with Tuberculosis of Spine .

▪↪Thus, their selfless actions brought about a new hope to the human society . It was their maturity beyond age , Eagerness to work and Humane Qualities that makes the Narrator refer them as 'Two Gentlemen of Verona '
