• While in the general behaviour of an individual is how he or she responds to a particular stimulus in his or her surrounding environment. Organizational behaviour is the behaviour which is studied under the psychology of various organizations and institutions.
• It is the behaviour which one must abide by under the working conditions of an organization. This behaviour helps in increasing the efficiency and productivity of an individual as well as a firm.
• It empowers mutual harmony and understanding between co-workers. It helps one understand ways to cope with stress, deadlines, opinions, working conditions and many more. It helps to bring out the best in a worker and helps him or her to cooperate and promote teamwork and understand how the system of leadership, team efforts, establishing and achieving termed goals work.
• This behaviour is a must in a growing and rapidly moving industrialization phase as now work ethics and team efforts along with individual progress are very important
