Answer:

planning leads to rigidity :- once you planned it's hard to make changes in it

planning is very costly :- for better planning organization have to hire special planners for which they have to make higher payments.

planning reduces creativity :- planning lies in hands of top level management hence they only plans others have to implement it so there will be no development of others

Planning is essential for an organisation yet it is not possible that planning may always work. Plans are make for the future by making assumptions and predictions with the help of the past performance. Yet the plans which may have worked in the past may not work in the future . So, there is a possibility that these plans might fail.
Three limitations of planning are:
1)No guarantee of success- planning does not guarantee any success for future. The environment keeps on changing and if once the plans are made it is difficult-to change them again and again according to the environment. Whatever plans worked in past may not work in future.
2) planning involves huge cost- planning requires a huge cost as in an organisation professionals are required to make the plans.
3) planning leads to rigidity - plans have no flexibility. They are rigid once made cannot be changed.
