♦️♦️In prokaryotic cell as nucleus is not well defined so DNA lies freely in cytoplasm but due to the presence of a nucleoid which resembles with that of nucleus and where the genomic DNA or circular double stranded DNA is present packed together with the help of polyamenes. ✨✨And this nucleoid is the characteristic feature of prokaryotic cell only and is absent in eukaryotic cell..☺️✨✨
