Although, the value of G is very small,but all objects near the surface of earth fall towards the earth.Why?

Answer:

When anybody is in free fall, the only force acting on the object is the earth's gravitational field. By Newton's second law of motion all the forces produce acceleration so all the objects accelerate toward the earth's surface due to gravitational attraction of the earth.
