No. In a closed room the air will contain a certain amount of water vapour. This amount is the absolute humidity and it is constant, except when condensation on a cold surface occurs. There is also a quantity called relative humidity. This is the amount of water vapour actually present, divided by the maximum amount that could be present in the air. This last quantity increases with temperature, so increasing the temperature in the closed room, decreases the relative humidity, while the absolute humidity does not change.
