Aluminium on reaction with hydrochloric acid release hydrogen gas whereas copper does not. Give reason ​

Metals above Hydrogen atom in electrochemical series always react with acid to displace acidic hydrogen to give hydrogen gas. So Al react with HCl to give AlCl3 and hydrogen gas
