always be grateful for little things you get and to those good people in your life who help u sail through difficult times. Write a page in your diary expressing gratitude towards your caretakers (parents , grandparents , guardians)during these times.

Expression of gratitude varies from person to person and also varies depending on the service provided to us. The assistance provided to us may be financial and may be a moral aid. I want to thank each and everyone who has helped me in my life. My Parents,teachers,grandparents and even my friends. When everything in your life becomes dark and you feel lonely, your caretakers will be the light and become your partner on your path to success.
