Answer:

Given,

Area of a square = 228228mm2

Now,

we have to find the side of the square

By using formula :

 \sqrt{area}

Side=

 \sqrt{228228mm2}

= 477.7 mm

= 480mm (approx)

it is given that radius of a ring is 66 times of side of a square

So, radius of a ring = 480mm ×66

= 31680mm

radius of a ring = 3168cm

Now,

we have to find the area of a ring

by using formula:

\pir2

According to the question

22/7 ×3168 × 3168 cm2

= 31542418.28 cm2
