Let the present age of Saurabh=x years

And that of Aman=3x

Now,After 8 years ago

Saurabh age=x-8 years

Aman age=3x-8

3x-8=4(x-8)

→3x-8=4x-32

→3x-4x=-32+8

→-x=-24

x=24

Therefore,

Saurabh age=x=24 years

Aman age=3x=3(24)=72 years
