No Ameer has not worked since there is no dispacement done as the car did not move. For the work to be done there needs to be both dispacement and force.

Ameer didn't done any work because the energy used by him to push the car get used in overcoming the inertia of rest of the car .and ee know that some displacement is required for the work to be done . So we can say that no work is done in the case of ameer
