101st Amendment - Goods and Services Tax was introduced
- On 1st July, 2017 -101st amendment was made
- The articles that were added into the constitution as per the 101st amendment are 246A, 269A, 279A.
- Article 268A was deleted.
- In the articles -248, 249, 250, 268, 269, 270, 271, 286, 366, 368, and in the 6th and 7th schedule, the amendments were made.
102nd Amendment - Constitutional status was given to the National Commission for the Backward Class
- 102nd amendment was made on 11th August, 208.
- The articles that were added into the constitution as per the 102nd amendment are 338B, 342A and the clause 26C also added.
- Article 340 is deleted from the Indian Constitution.
- Modifications were done on the articles 338 and 366.
