Most effective ways are to practise yoga and listen music bcz they both help in reducing stress and sharing problems is also important whether with parents or friends. If you will not share slowly - slowly it will increase and it will lead to some mental problems. So best way is to practice yoga or to join dance classes as these help in reducing stress upto a great level and music listening is also a good way of reducing stress.
