During protein synthesis, the order of nucleotide bases along a gene gets transcribed into a complementary strand of mRNA which is then translated by tRNA into the correct order of amino acids for that polypeptide or protein.

Amino acids are arranged in proper sequence during protein synthesis according to the instructions transcribed on Ribosomal RNA.

Concept:

The process of converting the information of genetic data from DNA ( Deoxyribonucleic acid) to RNA ( Ribonucleic acid ) is termed as transcription.

In the transcription process, tRNA ( transfer RNA ) will collect the information from the DNA molecules and transfer it to the mRNA ( Messenger RNA) .

mRNA will further carry this information to the site of protein synthesis which is rRNA ( Ribosomal RNA) .

Here, we can say that the information is transcribed on rRNA ( Ribosomal RNA) from mRNA( messenger RNA) .

After that using that information protein synthesis begins, which is known as translation process.

In the translation process amino acids will arrange in a order as per genetic data to form a protein molecules.
