Solutions :-
Cost of cycle = Rs 500
Repairing charge = Rs 80
Repainting charge = Rs 175
Cost Price of cycle = Rs (500 + 80 + 175)
= Rs 755
Selling price of cycle = Rs 900
Selling price is greater than the cost price.
Therefore, Profit
Profit = selling price - cost price
= Rs (900 - 755)
= Rs 145
Profit % = (profit × 100)/cost price %
= (145 × 100)/755 %
= 14500/755 %
= 19.20 % approx.
Hence,
Gain % = 19.20 %
Cost of cycle = Rs 500
Repairing charge = Rs 80
Repainting charge = Rs 175
Cost Price of cycle = Rs (500 + 80 + 175)
= Rs 755
Selling price of cycle = Rs 900
Selling price is greater than the cost price.
Therefore, Profit
Profit = selling price - cost price
= Rs (900 - 755)
= Rs 145
Profit % = (profit × 100)/cost price %
= (145 × 100)/755 %
= 14500/755 %
= 19.20 % approx.
Hence,
Gain % = 19.20 %

Here cp=500 and extra cost =80+175=255
Total cp=500+255=755
Now,sp=900
Definitely there's gain.
gain=900-755=145
Gain%=145/755*100=19.205%
