But Bharat does not like it. So, Amit made a contract with Bharat based on certain terms. Based on this contract, Bharat made a written agreement with Chitra and promises to perform her marriage at his own expense. Meanwhile, Amit has died in a road accident. After the expiry of father, Bharat express his unwillingness to do Chitra‟s marriage at his own expense on the ground of lack of consideration from Chitra.
