Solution :-

Let us assume that Rs.10 notes are x .

so,

→ Rs.10 total notes = x

→ Rs.20 total notes = (x - 5)

→ Rs.50 total notes = (2x + 1)

then,

→ Total money in purse = Rs.860

→ 10 * x + 20(x - 5) + 50(2x + 1) = 860

→ 10x + 20x - 100 + 100x + 50 = 860

→ 130x - 50 = 860

→ 130x = 860 + 50

→ 130x = 910

→ x = 7

therefore,

→ Rs.10 total notes = x = 7 notes .

→ Rs.20 total notes = (x - 5) = 7 - 5 = 2 notes

→ Rs.50 total notes = (2x + 1) = 7 * 2 + 1 = 15 notes .
