According to the given problem,
Amit's salary is 25% more than the salary of pawan. If we express it in ratio, we'll get
Amit : pawan = 125: 100 (let Pawan's salary be 100)
=> 5:4
Similarly, In the second case, we'll get the following ratio:
Pawan: Raashid = 115: 100 ( let Raashid's salary be 100)
=> 23:20
Combining the above two ratios, we'll get
Amit : Pawan : Raashid= 115 : 92 : 80

Amit's salary is ₹ 12,500 which is equivalent to 115 unit.
1 unit = 12000/115
80 unit = (12000/115)×80 = 8347.8

Therefore, raashid's salary is 8347.8 rupees.
