The following steps can be done to move the text:

1. Select the text you want to move to another place, then press shortcut key Ctrl+X to do a cut.
2. . Move your cursor where you want the text to go, and paste it in by pressing shortcut key Ctrl+V

To make the copies you can use shortcut key Ctrl+ C. Repeat the same shortcut key for making multiple copies of the same text.
