Reason:-

Tiles have to cover the surface of the floor.

Let's Solve,

Number of tiles = (Area of the floor ÷ Area of one tile)

Number of tiles covering the floor = (200 × 400) ÷ (4 × 4) = 80000 ÷ 16 = 5000 tiles.
