Amoeba reproduce by binary fission in by dividing its body in any plane but leishmania can divide its body in one plane. give reason​

amobea is an unicellular organism and reproduces by asexually reproducing method of fission.in amoeba the fission can takes place in any plane by dividing its body into two parts and forming two daughter amoeba. and this daughter amobea grows and reproduces to form four and so on.. the organism leishmania which causes kala-azar in humans also reproduces by the method of binary fission by dividing its body into two equal parts. but in leishmania binary fission take place only in a definite orientation.
