I think cellulose will have weakest inter-molecular force of attraction .

Because other 3 : PVCs , natural rubber and nylon are known for their strong nature.

        Nylon is used in making ropes for very hard weight .

        PVCs pipes are nowadays widely used as insulating wire.

        Natural rubber is used in making tyres .

So I think cellulose would have weaker force of attraction.
