Among its many criteria for quality assurance, hyperloop measures the ph level of its coffee. a ph of 7.0 is acid/base neutral, while a ph of less than 7 indicates the coffee is acidic and a ph greater than 7 indicates it is basic. hyperloop strives for a coffee that is slightly basic. the coffee (and smoothie) shop samples each batch of coffee brewed. a sample consists of drawing 5 cups and testing each for ph level. the last 16 samples of data are shown in the table below.
