Silver is better conductor then copper because silver is most electrically conductive element.

Explanation:

Silver is  most electrically conductive element followed by copper. Silver also has the highest thermal conductivity of any element then copper and the also highest light reflectance.

Although Silver is the best conductor then  copper and silver is better conductor than copper because it has more free ions in its outer shell, but   r copper is used widely because is its cheaper in  cost and availability.

Hence,Silver is better conductor then copper

Answer: Silver is the better conductor because it has more free electrons in it than copper. It is also because copper has a resistivity of 1.7 X 10-8 ohms, whereas silver has a lower resistivity at 1.6 X 10-8 ohms. Silver is the better conductor of both heat and electricity.
