answer : option (3)

explanation : isoelectronic species means number of electrons in species are same .

NO^+ => 7 + 8 -1 = 14 electrons
C_2^{2-} => 6 + 6 + 2 = 14 electrons
O_2^{2-} => 8 + 8 + 2 = 18 electrons
CO => 6 + 8 = 14 electrons
N_2 => 7 + 7 = 14 electrons
CN^- => 6 + 7 + 1 = 14 electrons

now you easily understand , which collection is taken.

if we take option (3) CO,NO^+,CN^-,C_2^{2-}
all species having 14 electrons is a group of isoelectronic .

hence, option (3) is correct
