Impulse is change in momentum and is a vector quantity whose direction is along the direction of velocity..

Momentum is also a vector quantity and its direction is also along the direction of velocity...

But Power , P = work / Time

here Work => scalar quantity and Time => scalar qty.

=> Power is a scalar quantity not a vector quantity
