Explanation :-

1. Periplaneta americana : Arthropoda : CNS is represented by nerve ring and 2 nerve cords having paired ganglion like Annelida.

2. Pila : Mollusca : Nervous system is scattered in head region called the cerebral ganglion, visceral ganglion, pedal ganglion and 2 nerve cords are also present.

3. Hydra : Coelentrata : First nervous system, apolar neurons, no neurites.

4. Hyla : Vertebrata : CNS and PNS → Well developed, cranial nerve in amphibia are 10 pairs ( 20 in number ).
