.Explanation:

Basically law of multiple proportions states that when two elements combine to form two or more compounds in more than one proportion. The mass of one element that combine with a given mass of the other element are present in the ratios of small whole number.

so in option B) mass of Nitrogen in  N2O nad N2O3 is fixed ,that is 28 where as in the case of NO it is 14 so by multiplying by 2 we can make it 28. so oxygen's mass will also become 32 .

Finally if we take the ratio of oxygen in the three compound we will get

                                oxygen of N2O : Oxygen of NO : oxygen of N2o3

                                            16            :      32****           :             48

                                              1             :        2                :                3

an it is in a small whole number so b) is the correct option.

****-note: i have multiplies by 2 to make nitrogen fix in all three cases.
