The isomer which is optically active is CH₃CH₂CHBrCH₃.

What you need to consider is that the chiral carbon should have four different groups attached to it. And for this isomer to be optically active all that you need to know is that it must be unsymmetrical in nature.  

In this case, the isomer above has a mirror image.
