The 4 quantum numbers are

n (principal quantum number)

l (Azimuthal Quantum number)

m (Magnetic quantum number)

s (Spin quantum number)

n can take any value as it represents the Shell number.

l < n (l is strictly less than n)

–l ≤ m ≤ + l (which makes m strictly less than n as well)

s has only 2 values, i.e., +½ and -½. (which is less than n as n starts form 1)

If we compare all these, we have n to be the largest among all the quantum numbers of any electron.
