(a) Object A will get warm sooner

  • Specific heat is the amount of heat required to increase the temperature of one gram of a substance by one Celsius degree.
  • The lesser a substance's specific heat, less time it take for getting warm. The substance with more specific heat takes more time to get warm.

The time taken by compund with less specific heat is comparatively lesser than compound with more specific heat.

Here A has less specific heat than B and hence A will take less time than B to get warmer.
