Ways to resolve conflicts :

For allocation of the community hall  -

• Maintain a diary which should be kept in the Panchayat office.

• This diary will be used only for allocating the hall for various functions.  Entry needs to be made with member name, date, time, and duration of the function.
• The sign of the member using the premises, needs to be taken without fail.

For cleanliness and maintenance -

• This job can be outsourced to a housekeeping company.
• If there are not sufficient funds, then appoint a sweeper and a technician to take care of these tasks.
• Keep a suggestion box where methods of improving these two areas can be written by the members, and put in the box.
• Appoint a Supervisor to oversee these tasks are being carried out efficiently.
