amphibian and fish bath bred in water yet they belong to different classes why

Because Amphibians live on land as well as water. But fishes only live in water.. Also Amphibians have gills to breathe in water as well as a pair of lungs to breathe in land.. But fish do not live on land and so they have no lungs but gills to breathe easily in water.. HOPE THIS WILL HELP U... THANKS
