Amplipification of gene of interest may be done by Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR).

It is a molecular biology technique that uses a single copy of DNA molecule ( containing the gene of interest) as a template and generates huge number of copies of the same DNA from it.

PCR has three steps in which the first step involves denaturation of the DNA parent molecule, followed by annealing and the last step involves elongation of the desired DNA molecule.
