Since Amrita is a government employee she can get loan easily under govt. controlled banks. She is rich which banks would observe that she would satisfy the terms of credit and collateral easily.
Since rani is poor it will be difficult for her to get the loan as banks would assume that she will not be able to satisfy terms of credit and collateral easily.
