Answer:

The various degrees of reaffirmation, of our feelings and the resulting thoughts due to success, can be categorized as Confidence, Pride and Arrogance.

Confidence - built due to a positive result over an issue not attempted earlier due to fear of failure. It would have been ok even if I had failed. I tried and won. Wide grin.

Pride - built due to a series of positive results for quite a few issues, attempted and succeeded at a higher rate. It would have been ok, even if I had failed a couple more times. I am being appreciated for trying continuously, and winning most of the time. Beaming smile.

Arrogance - built due to the assumption that it will always be a positive result, no matter what the issue. A false sense of pride, I cannot fail, ever !. I don’t have to try anymore, it is a foregone conclusion that I will always win and everyone knows it. Disgusting smirk.

Confidence and pride are results of an action(s), while arrogance is the result of an assumption.
