Your answer is 6.

As,

2+0+1+0+1+ - +1+0 = 12.

The nearest multiple of 9 is 18.

So, 18-12 = 6.

2+0+1+0+1+6+1+7 = 18 = 1+8 = 9.

- stands for 6.
