Finally bullet and person will have velocity
The velocity of the person is recoil velocity
Total mass of person is 80+7= 87kg
87(0)+0.025(0) = 87(v)+0.025(250)
V= - 6.25/87 = -0.0718 m/s
Negative indicates that it is opposite to the velocity of bullet
