$s = ut + \frac{1}{2} at {}^{2}$
$20 = 0 + \frac{1}{2} \times a \times 2 {}^{2}$

$a = \frac{20 \times 2}{4} = 10ms {}^{ - 2}$
So, velocity after 7 seconds from the start can be found as, v = u + at

$v = 0 + 10 \times 7 = 70ms {}^{ - 1}$
