An abnormal human male phenotype involving an extra x chromosome (XXY) is a case of (D) Klienefelter syndrome.

In this syndrome a male person may lack in sexual drive, has enlarged nipples, less hair , big buttocks , and may be extra tall.  The reason for the abnormalities are the improper growth during the puberty period. The underlying reason is the disorder in the genes due to extra chromosome (XCY)
