Hot is a matter of opinion, but 20 C to 25 C (68 F to 77 F) is a normal range of room temperature for most people, with heating added to maintain the lower range and cooling applied to maintain the higher range.

At 22 C (71.6F), I would be pretty comfortable. If it were humid, a fan would be welcome to cool your skin by evaporation. Not a need, but nice to have in my opinion.
