100=200sin(100πt) Assuming I given in equation is in Amp

=> sin(100πt)=1/2

=>100πt = 30°,150°.. and so on.

Current will become 100A for first time when

100πt = 30° = π/6 => t = 1/600 s assuming t given in equation is seconds.
