Acid whichdoesn't have COOH group when reacts with bicarbonates and carbonates produces CO₂ as Carbonates and bicarbonates have co₂ in them.

HCl(aq) + NaHCO3(s) [OR] Na2CO3 -----> NaCl(aq) + H2O(l) + [CO2(g)]

HCl = An Acid without -COOH

NaHCO3 [OR] Na2CO3 = Bicarbonate/Cabonate

CO2 = Desired Product
