Pythagoras theorem:-

• Pythagoras theorem, also known as Pythagorean Theorem.

• This theorem states that the square on the hypotenuse of a right triangle is equal to the sum of the squares on the rest of the two sides.

• This theorem only works on the right angle triangle. The equation of the Pythagorean Theorem is as follows:-

Pythagorean Equation:-

Refer the attachment to understand the Equation clearly.

${a}^{2} + {b}^{2} = {c}^{2}$

Refer to the example given in the attachment. a, b and c took as 3, 4 and 5 respectively.

Took a= 3, b=4 and c=5

${a}^{2} + {b}^{2} = {c}^{2}$

$= > {3}^{2} + {4}^{2} = {5}^{2}$

$= > 9 + 16 = 25$

$= > 25 = 25$

Hence, LHS = RHS.
